There is something profound about the way free-spirited
people live life. It’s as if they see the world differently. They understand
some nuance of life that others seemingly miss. They love in a way that’s pure and from the
heart. They don’t follow the dictates of others but rather heed the call of
their own hearts and express their love for life and each other in a way that’s
all their own.
I’m always excited when I sit down and meet a couple for the
first time – in a way it’s almost like a first date. What will they be like? What excites them
about life? What plans do they have for their wedding? It’s an endless list of possibilities and
what-if’s and I love every minute of it!
When I first met Kristen and Mike I knew that we’d be
friends. I sensed something in them that
is unique and good and saw the vision of their wedding as the tangible
expression of their love and their life together.
Vintage cars and the formality of country club living mixed with the
playfulness of an old-fashioned ice cream shop. When a bride tells you she’s
walking down the aisle to the Beatles, you know it’s going to be a good
wedding.
Bits of travel mixed with family, history and fun – their wedding was eloquence
married to simplicity. It was perfectly them.
